On Wednesday 6th April Salford 4 Good held the Fund 4 Good Award Event, the final element of their first ever grant award scheme, the Fund 4 Good.

The event, held at the Albion Academy Salford, was a great success with 12 Salford groups pitching for up to 7 awards of £750.

The Fund 4 Good is a publicly funded award scheme created by fundraising events, individual fundraisers and public donations. This year 12 local charitable and voluntary groups applied and attended the event to pitch for up to 7 Awards of £750. Each group presented a fantastic pitch and the panel found it very difficult to reach their final decisions.

We’d like to thank all the groups for getting involved in the Fund 4 Good and attending the award event.

We’d like to say congratulations to the 7 successful groups…
